Orange Tenpin BOWL RAYS Order of Australia Honours Jason Belmonte AM HEY HEY EVERYONE! I'm going to talk about something I never have before. Last week I was contacted by some old friends from my school days. They asked if I would be home sometime in August. I replied that I would be-and asked why. Turns out they're organising a 25-year school reunion. My first thought was: I can't believe I'm old enough to have been out of school for 25 years. My second thought: How exciting it will be to reconnect with old school friends-some of whom I haven't seen in quite a while. I remember there was a 10-year reunion, but I was away competing on tour at the time. So this will actually be my first school reunion. I've offered to host it at the Bowl-throwing it back to my 16th birthday party when I invited the whole year to celebrate. I doubt we'll be staying up as late as we did that night, 25 years later-but I'm sure it'll be just as much fun. I've already had a few people message me claiming they're going to beat me! I'll make sure I'm as sharp as I am on tour so that doesn't happen-haha. Till next time Orange. Be good.
