Hey hey Everyone, by the time you read this I will back on Aussie soil and hugging my family, I am truly so excited. But for this blog I wish to write about something so super cool and a very proud Team Storm moment. STORM NATION is my major sponsor. François Lavoie, Kyle Troup, Chris Via, Jesper Svensson and myself as Captain of the team all bowled representing Storm and winning the "Battle of the Brands" Manufacturer Cup in the 2025 PBA Elite League: 8 teams competed each representing their brand. Team Storm for the WIN! Bowling against Motiv in a two game final winning both games (189-186, 275-181). Was an absolute pleasure to lace the shoes up with these lads and bring home the trophy! We. Are. Storm. This event carried deep emotional significance for all of us. The founder and owner of Storm, Bill Chrisman, passed away in 2023, and since his passing, we bowl with the goal of honoring his legacy. If Bill were here he would have been front row-beaming with pride. This would have been one of his happiest moments, watching the Storm brand and the athletes who represent it out there throwing strike after strike. This is for the late, great Bill Chrisman-for Barbara Chrisman, the heart of Storm and its continuing owner-and for everyone who makes Storm what it is. That includes those who throw Storm balls, those who make them, those who sell and promote the equipment, and all who love and believe in this brand. Most of all, this is for Bill. We miss you, and we're doing our best to make you proud.
