Obviously bowling is my favourite, but every week I play a few other sports. They are squash, basketball and touch footy. Mainly because it's fun for me, but also because it's a pleasant change of scenery. I also think with these sports the extra fitness I'm doing, along with my gym sessions at Fitness Perfection and training on the lanes, I'm really giving my body a good work out each week so when I'm on tour I'm stronger all round. The only annoying part of playing sport in your 40's is realising you're way slower than when you were in your 20's hahah. Till next time Orange.
