RM5447599 ORANGE CITY COUNCIL www.orange.nsw.gov.au DRAFT PLANNING AGREEMENT - ENVIRONMENTAL PLANNING AND ASSESSMENT ACT 1979 142 AND 148 LYSTERFIELD ROAD, ORANGE Notice is hereby given that Orange City Council proposes to enter into a planning agreement made in connection with Lots 85, 86 and 87 DP1293987 known as 142 Lysterfield Road, Orange and Lots 88 and 89 DP 1293987 known as 148 Lysterfield Road, Orange. The draft planning agreement applies to development application DA 306/2021(2) (as modified) for the purpose of staged residential subdivision of the land. The stages are summarised as follows: Stage 1: three (3) residential lots and two (2) development lots Stage 2: eighty-four (84) residential lots, one (1) public reserve lot and five (5) roads Stage 3: nine (9) residential lots and demolition of outbuildings and dwellings. The draft planning agreement is to be made pursuant to Section 7.4 of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act, 1979 with Provincial Land Developments Pty Ltd. The draft planning agreement requires the dedication of proposed Lot 90 to Council upon the registration of the plan of subdivision for stage 2(b) in lieu of the monetary contributions for Open Space and Recreation in accordance with Orange Development Contributions Plan 2017. The draft planning agreement and explanatory note will be on public exhibition from Friday, 19 July 2024 to Friday, 16 August 2024. During this period, any person may make written submission on the draft planning agreement to Council.
