Smarter Living Choices is a community-based NDIS registered nursing and home care service providing individualised person-centred support throughout Orange, Bathurst, Lachlan and the Central West regions. We strive to satisfy the community needs of current and future clients whilst incorporating carer and family needs. The Smarter living choices team is committed to attending regular training, ensuring their registered screenings are current and valid such as NDIS workers' screener checks, working with children checks and Police clearances to provide high-quality care. Through a dedication to best practice principles and an aim to continuously improve the quality of services provided, we can ensure we have a structure within which quality, appropriate and meaningful health care is provided to that community. Smarter living choices strive to promote a high level of care with compassion and empathy; knowing that each individual's needs are unique, we take pride in tailoring our support to meet their expectations.
