Warm Welcome and Namaste by your hosts. Harish brings 20 years of experience as a chef which includes 5-star Grand Intercontinental Hotel in New Delhi, followed by a stint at Savoy Hotel in Moscow Russia. He then moved to Australia where he has owned/operated several Indian restaurants in Bathurst (Rangoli and Saffron), and in Sydney. Anand is a highly-trained chef with over 10 years’ experience in India, and more recently he was head chef at Saffron Indian Cuisine Bathurst and 2 other Indian restaurants in Sydney. Together they are committed to serving the residents and community of Orange, and are passionate about offering mouth-watering Indian cuisine using aromatic flavours, fresh ingredients and authentic recipes.
