About
The Byng Street Group was started by Jeremy Norris in 2011 out of a desire to raise the bar in Hospitality across the Central West. In 2010 Jeremy purchased what is now Byng Street Local Store, known to locals as “Byng Street”, the groups flag ship store. After extensive renovations it opened its doors in 2011 and in 2021 celebrated their 10th year of trade. In that time Jeremy has gone on to open multiple locations, the most recent being within the newly renovated Dubbo Hospital. The future is looking bright for The Byng Street Group with the addition of a commercial kitchen and a new restaurant in Molong, Monty’s, currently being worked on.Last print ad
