CADIA MINE CLASS ACTION Community Information Meeting 20 May 2026 BIA COMMUNITY CADIA C NETWORK TY NET STAINABILITY COMMUNITY INFORMATION MEETING: Cadia Community Sustainability Network (CCSN) would like to invite residents in the Cadia region to a Community Information Meeting, concerning the alleged contamination issues in the region. Legal proceedings have been commenced by members of the CCSN against Cadia Holding Pty Ltd, as the operator of the Cadia mine, alleging that dust and water contamination has impacted local properties: see case NSW Supreme Court case no. 2026/0044771 https://supremecourt.nsw.gov.au/cases/class-actions/current- class-actions/cadia-mine-class-action.html The purpose of the meeting is to provide further information about the proceedings and answer any questions residents may have.
